Welcome to our site about prostate removal and ejackulation
The prostate is a vital part of the sex organs of the male. The prostate is mistakenly known as the prostrate gland. The prostate gland's most important function is to secrete and store a transparent fluid that is an important part of seminal fluid. A normal individual's prostate gland is slightly bigger than a walnut. It surrounds the urethra underneath the urinary bladder. It is situated in front of the rectum and a portion of it can be felt while undergoing a rectal exam.
Inflammation in the prostate is a gland that is known as prostatitis. If the prostate becomes too large it can impede the urine stream, making urination very painful and difficult and in very extreme instances entirely impassable. Prostatitis can usually be treated with antibiotic prescription drugs, prostate massage or surgical procedures.
In men who are older, the prostate often enlarges to the point where urination becomes difficult or impossible. This is called bPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia. It can be treated with different types of medicinal drugs or with operations that removes a component of the prostate. One very typical operation used in such cases is called transurethral resection of the prostate (TUR or TURP).
Prostatic cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting older-aged males and a major cause of deaths. Regular rectal exams are highly recommended to detect prostate cancer in the early stages. There is also also a laboratory blood test that will measure the concentration of a protein, Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA), which should normally be quite low. Elevated pSA blood results may be an indicator of disorder in the prostate, whether prostatitis, benign hyperplasia or cancer. The PSA blood test cannot distinguish between these conditions, but can cause your doctor to investigate more thoroughly. Prostate cancer is treated with hormonal manipulation (preventing testosterone production), radiation or even surgery. It has only recently been noted that medications including Docetaxel can be effective in the treatment of a cancerous prostate.
Stimulating the prostate in men is frequently compared to stimulation of the G spot in females because prostate stimulation can cause more powerful sexual climax. Prostate massage or prostate milking refers to massaging motions of the prostate whether for medical value or strictly for sexual purposes.
